The brand-name drug Digitek is commonly used during atrial fibrillation. If you’ve watched medical shows on television, you’re probably familiar with the heart monitors hanging on the walls, tracing a squiggly line across the screen along with some beeping as your pulse sounds. You can follow the line as it moves across the monitor, bouncing up and down, creating hills and valleys. It’s recording the action of the patient’s heart. The line typically rises and falls in a very regular pattern as it moves across the screen. And you can tell what’s wrong with the patient’s heart as it changes patterns. With atrial fibrillation, the two atria begin to contract rapidly and randomly, which upsets the heart’s electrical activity. You can see on the monitor that the peaks in each pattern become much taller, and they aren’t equidistant apart. Some are closer to each other, some farther.
Atrial fibrillation may be caused by heart failure or problems with the heart valves. With another kind of irregular heartbeat called atrial flutter, very deep and thin valleys appear on the monitor instead of the shallow valleys seen with healthy hearts. Atrial flutter may be triggered by heart failure, a blood clot in the lungs and problems with heart valves. That’s where Digitek comes in. Digitek is used to treat these conditions of the heart, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and other types of irregular heartbeats.
Digitek Drug
Digitek works by increasing the force with which the heart contracts, then increasing the amount of time the heart rests at critical junctures. It also makes it more difficult for the electrical impulse that commands the heart to beat to pass through certain areas of the heart. Digitek can help restore a normal heart rhythm to a heart. The side effects of Digitek include dizziness, mental disturbances, nausea, diarrhea, slow heartbeat, headache, and weakness. Taking Digitek can deplete your body’s supply of thiamin, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.
Digitek Poisoning
Digitek is known to cause nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, all of which can upset your eating habits and possibly interfering with good nutrition. Digitek can also cause diarrhea, which can hamper nutrient absorption. You can make up for these lacks of nutrients by eating foods like braised liver, turkey heart, roasted chicken, gefilte fish, sardines, milk, dried figs, Swiss cheese, yogurt, tofu, avocado, toasted wheat germ, almonds, shredded wheat cereals, pumpkin seeds, lentils, salmon, and halibut. You should talk with your doctor before you make any changes in your diet.
